Facilitate and optimize Over-the-Counter (OTC) transactions for clients, ensuring seamless execution, compliance with regulatory standards, and the effective management of market risks
Responsibilities
Support the management and growth of partnerships with clients, exchanges, liquidity providers, payment partners, and other strategic stakeholders.
Assist in sourcing and onboarding new business and partnership opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring timely support and communication.
Track and monitor OTC transactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date transaction records.
Support OTC client onboarding by coordinating documentation and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and partner initiatives.
Assist in executing OTC transactions and provide operational support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Monitor market trends and trading activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Prepare reports on trading activities, partnership performance, and client engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Trading, Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, or Financial Services.
Interest in cryptocurrency, fintech, trading, and financial markets.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Fluent in English.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
