Mobee is Indonesia's crypto trading platform, and partnerships sit at the core of how we grow. Our trading infrastructure depends on exchange and liquidity partners. Our fiat on/off-ramp runs through banks and payment gateways. Our user acquisition is amplified by KOLs, remisiers, communities, and co-marketing partners.

Role Description

As Mobee's first dedicated Partnership Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our partnership function. Working directly with leadership to manage existing partners, source new opportunities, and turn signed deals into shipped outcomes. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across payments, crypto infrastructure, and growth partnerships. You'll learn the full partnership stack and build the playbook that scales the function as Mobee grows.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow commercial partnerships across the full stack: liquidity providers and exchanges, payment gateways, crypto infrastructure, and growth partners
  • Negotiate commercial terms end-to-end including fees, rebates, rev-share, and term sheets to optimize unit economics across trading, payments, and infrastructure costs
  • Source and qualify new partnerships that expand Mobee's capabilities: new payment rails for retail and OTC, new infrastructure providers, new growth channels
  • Own partner onboarding and integration by coordinating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance to take partnerships from signed to live, including KYB refreshes and ongoing partner hygiene
  • Support regulatory and SRO engagement as a key point of contact with Indonesia's crypto bourses and SROs on partnership and operational matters
  • Drive growth partnerships with Marketing by structuring co-marketing, sponsorships, and incentive deals, and designing programs with remisiers, KOLs, and key referrals to grow users and trading volume
  • Track partnership performance by monitoring SLAs, commercial commitments, and KPIs, and building the pipeline, CRM hygiene, and reporting that gives leadership visibility
  • Represent Mobee in partner meetings, ecosystem events, and industry forums
  • Help shape Mobee's partnership playbook including process, templates, and framework

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in partnerships, business development, or account management within Indonesian fintech, payments, or banking
  • Exposure to commercial deal structuring: term sheets, revenue-sharing, and commercial agreements
  • Familiarity with Indonesia's payment ecosystem and crypto/Web3 exposure is a strong plus
  • Comfort navigating both commercial conversations (rates, rev-share) and technical/integration conversations (APIs, onboarding)
  • Strong relationship instincts: partners trust you, and you follow through on commitments without being chased
  • Commercial curiosity: you understand unit economics, and you can read a partnership P&L to know if a deal makes sense
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to move deals from signed to live
  • Analytical: comfortable in spreadsheets, partnership data, and building reporting
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English: comfortable in both formal regulatory/banking settings and crypto-native conversations
  • Hungry, organized, and excited about being the first hire on a function you'll help build
